COMPAS has options settings that are appropriate for the document you are printing and the printer set in your environment. You may set your default values using this path to find the options setting screen:

Edit -> Preferences -> General

Please verify that all of the appropriate items for printing this document are selected.

Printer:

This is the name of the printer where the document should be printed. If the printer name is incorrect, select the field and enter the correct printer name.

Copies:

Enter the number of copies desired. The default is one.

Pages:

This is the number of pages in the document as given by the author.

Format:

This is the file type of the document.

Version:

This is the document version number that will be printed.

Get Open MRs:

Check this option to print all open MRs with the document.

Notify of Change

Check this option to place yourself on the document email notification list.

Landscape :

Check this option for Landscape paper orientation for printing this document. The author's preference is the default.

2-sided output:

Select this option to have print on both sides of the paper. If a printer does not have this capability, the option will be ignored.

Holes in paper:

Select this option to print on paper with holes. If the printer is unattended, selecting this option may cause the printer to halt so that hole paper can be loaded. In other cases, it is just ignored by the printer.

After you have verified the printer options, select the "OK" button and the document will be sent to the printer. If you decide not to print the document, select the "Cancel" button.
